Eligibility for Refunds
Annual Subscriptions: A Pro-rata refund is issued in case there are technical issues preventing the user from using the functionality as described.
Monthly Subscriptions: A Pro-rata refund is issued in case there are technical issues preventing the user from using the functionality as described.
One-Time Purchases: Refunds are not available for one-time purchases unless technical issues prevent the service from functioning as described.
How to Request a Refund

2. Special Section for EU Customers
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without needing to provide a reason. However, if the service is accessed and significantly utilized during this period, we may reduce the refundable amount proportionally.
